Anyone out there interested in a short-notice high-pressure paid .NET API doc project?
- A Field Guide to Developers - Joel Spolsky goes on about what he thinks it takes to
hire great developers. One should probably add "to work at Fog Creek" to that sentence.
I'd be interested to see some numbers about the income side of the operation to
see how all his idealism on good work environments and treating developers like
royalty really pays off. And I think it's predictable that someone will be along
momentarily to call BS on the notion that developers don't care about money.
