CardMeeting - This looks pretty cool; Java-based "index card" collaborative editing in the browser for free. Should resonate with the agile folks. (via James Webster)
Lightstreamer Embraces .NET and adds AJAX-Comet to Microsoft ATLAS - This push data engine for the browser is now .NET integrated. Check out the demo.
DotNetBar 6.0 - This UI suite just keeps pushing out new versions. Their Office 2007 ribbon is actively tracking Microsoft's changes. Trial download is here, pricing from $269.

XML Documentation Comment Viewer - I recently had a C# XML comments file for a few hundred members out of thousands to look at. This XSL plus CSS solution proved to be much faster than running it through one of the full documentation engines.
