T-SQL is threatening to drive me nuts. Well, more nuts.

• Paint.net - This free .NET-based paint application now has a new, easier-to-remember home on the Web at http://www.getpaint.net/.
• IE7 Standalone (Updated for IE7 Beta 3) - Strictly unsupported tool from Jon Galloway to allow side-by-side testing of IE7.
• Double Beta Release - JetBrains announces the betas of IntelliJ IDEA 6.0 and TeamCity 1.0.

• JetBrains Joins Team Tools Battle - A bit more information on the coming TeamCity product along with lots of puff about JetBrains IntelliJ IDE in this eWeek piece. (via dzone)
• Open Letter to the SQL Server Community about SQL Prompt - Red Gate's CEO talks about future plans.
• IE7 to be distributed via Automatic Updates! - The IE team reveals their distribution plans. If this thought disturbs you, you can download the Toolkit to Disable Automatic Delivery of Internet Explorer 7.
• NDoc 2 is Officially Dead - Well, to be precise, the only serious developer has pulled out. Being as it's GPL, in theory someone else could step up, though I doubt that will happen.
• MSDN Library May 2006 Edition  - Microsoft is now giving away the full version of the Library on download. It's been available online, but the client-side install had been a subscription-only benefit. (via Rob Caron)
