• Announcing Subtext, A Fork Of .TEXT For Your Blogging Pleasure - For folks who don't like the direction that Community Server has taken, there's a new alternative for proceeding with .Text weblogs.
• QuickRules.NET 2.5 - Rules engine for .NET applications. They've also got a J2EE version. 30-day trial, I don't see pricing info which probably means "not cheap."
