Microsoft Windows Journal Reader Supplemental Component for the Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Development Kit 1.7 - Surely the component with the longest name this side of October. Its purpose appears to be to convert Journal files to XML, which sort of begs the question of why they're not stored as XML in the first place.
