Less than a week now until you'll see some new features around
Larkware. I'm sure you're all losing sleep over that. Well, here's some links to
follow in the wee hours.
Software
-
FogBugz 4.0 - It's shipping.
The latest version of the bug-tracking app I use is out. I think it's pretty
spiffy, but then, I wrote a book about it. Free Web-based trial.
-
ToolButton - RSS reader implemented
as a deskbar that automatically detects feeds as you browse.
-
NDepend - Tool to
analyze .NET assemblies for cohesion, coupling, abstractness, and other
quality metrics. (via
Sijin Joseph)
-
RootkitRevealer - Sysinternals has a new tool to help detect sneaky
malware. This one is going to going right on to my traveling USB key of
utilities.
-
RSS Popper - A
freeware RSS aggregator for Outlook.
-
Rss Bandit 2 Plucker
- If you happen to use RSS Bandit and a Palm OS device than this is the
translation utility for you.

Cool Tools -
This one isn't directly computer-related; it's Kevin Kelly's modern version
of the old Whole Earth Catalog, now available as a cheap digital download.
Well worth the $3.50 if you like finding nifty tools. Or check out the
Cool Tools blog or
newsletter.
