Cain & Abel 2.5 for Windows - Latest version of a full-featured password, um "recovery" tool for Windows.
Opera 8.0 beta - Appears that the major new feature of this Web browser is voice-enabled browsing, which is kind of "eh" to me, but some folks will appreciate. (via Chris Garrett)
