Ah, winter. The season of power failures out here in rural America. I especially love them when they last 20 minutes, just long enough to shut down all of the machines on my network only to turn right around and bring the whole thing back up again.

Software

WSCF 0.4 - This contract-first tool for designing Web Services now includes a Wizard to abstract away the details of building WSDL, thus preventing more errors. Excellent.
Team REMOTE ASP Debugger - Debugger for classic ASP, that supports (among other things) simultaneous debugging by multiple team members.
Visual Build Professional 5.6 - One of the good GUI-based build tools out there. New features in this version include code signing and Subversion support.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Release Candidate (32-bit) - I'm not about to install this on my own servers until it finishes baking, but it's good to see it coming.

Information

Changes to Functionality in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 - I haven't read through all of these documents yet, but it looks like the major thrust is to bring the security to parity with Windows XP SP2.
