updated at Tuesday, January 11, 2005Note: I'm no longer supporting CopyBoy 2.0. There will probably be a revised version when CityDesk 3.0 comes out. As of May 2005, CopyBoy 2.0 is free but completely unsupported; I do not have time to respond to bug reports or questions. Users who purchased CopyBoy 2.0 before I started giving it away will receive a free upgrade to any new version.
CopyBoy 2.0 is an assistant for FogCreek CityDesk 2.0 . You may download CopyBoy for free. To keep CopyBoy working for more than 30 days, download and double-click the registration file.
CopyBoy 2.0 only works with CityDesk 2.0, and requires the .NET Framework version 1.1 and Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.7 or higher. The readme file in the distribution contains instructions for obtaining these components if you do not already have them installed. Be aware that the .NET Framework is roughly a 20 MB download. Here are the download links if you need them:
If you're not sure whether you have the correct prerequisites installed, you can try installing CopyBoy; it will warn you if one or the other is missing.
Some features of CopyBoy 2.0 may not work properly if you do not have the final version of CityDesk 2.0 installed.
These features are implemented in this version:
